Welcomed from the car park onwards. Friendly extremely helpful reception staff, diagnostic service completed sooner than expected together with complimentary tyre check. Valet clean a real bonus.

No one answers the phone takes multiple attempts to get an answer. Long wait when trying to dropping car off . Not enough customer drop off parking. Repair was carried out quickly

I always appreciate the valet service which is given after a service or MOT, except that the back of my car is always left without being vaccumed! It is a Clubman and i would appreciate the inside being completely cleaned.

Jay was excellent throughout - very individualistic, thoughtful, great at communicating and very kind. He was great at updating me on progress of the car and explaining all the options.
