This is my fourth Mini, bought from the same place with the same salesperson, Karl Joslin. For each of my cars, he has provided exceptional service and has been a pleasure to deal with. This was the easiest purchase yet.

Great service one issue however, after spending £37000 on a new car to be told it does not have a home charging cable seems very petty!

Harry and Georg were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Harry was my salesman and was incredible at remembering small details and was great with my kids.

We arranged a collection time and had been promised a full tank of fuel. We arrived on time only for the salesman to ask us to wait while he took the car to fill it up. The insurance portal did not work so we had to arrange our own insurance
