Price was excessive for the service provided, I.e. first service taking 1 hour and a charge of £400. And that was only after being challenged as the garage wanted to charge more and had to be reminded of what they had quoted.

Great service from Kharris, unfortunately the reboot to the dash screen was not successful and we understand that it could be over 2 months to wait for the spare parts. We have only just bought the car from another main mini dealer so disappointing

had diagnostics temporary drivetrain error on extreme heat days. Told no faults n little info, cost £210 . Happier now as been sent diagnostics report, offered foc diagnostics if error reappears, can go in for battery check as no battery info avail.

arrived for a 'while you wait' 10am appointment and was told it could take up to 2 hours.in the event it failed with a tyre bulge and I was there 4.5hrs. I wasn't kept abreast of progress and on the drive home rec a car alert prob with tyre pressure!

A few days after the service I had a flat tyre due to an embedded bolt. My local garage had a problem replacing the tyre because the wheel nuts had been stripped. I have had to pay £9.58 for a new set of nuts. Unimpressed

The Vehicle check and Diagnosis I had to have confidence and trust in the engineer who carry out the service. As that was something I cannot do.

I asked if the aircon could be checked as i thought it wasnt blowing cold enough. Inwas advised if it wasnt blowing 'warm' it was probably ok and because i had an EV i just needed to be shown how to get best from aircon. Need another visit...
