I was told that the car had been washed - it hadn't. The vehicle health check video was so rushed that I could hardly understand what was being said. Berry Thames Ditton needs to do better when they are charging over £300 for a service.

Was expected and welcomed but information about what work requested did not seem to have been communicated. Had to request body work quote when I picked my car up although had asked beforehand. Don't think the complimentary car wash offered was done

Easy to book in. Clear about what needed to be done - MOT and service. I was given an estimate of cost and later Informed of other things that needed attention once inspection completed.Again given costs, so no shocks when given final bill.

The cause DriveTrain error was thought to be the hybrid battery performing below par. I was told I'd get a quote for replacing this but todate no quote has been forthcomming. Meanwhile the car seems to be running okay.
