I am a disabled motability customer. Wrongly told there was a major service due plus MOT and I would not be able to wait. I have no support so huge worry. On the day just MOT but no apology given. No problems found but tyre pressures not adjusted.

Decent pre service booking system, including greeting on arrival. Only negative was the instruction about your key drop off process which didn't seem to exist. This wasn't a problem but slightly confusing about the process.

For my car's first service I was greeted in the car park to be booked in and told where to park. The receptionist was polite and friendly and showed me where to wait for my customer advisor (Shirin) who showed excellent customer service.
