Carris (?) on the Mini desk had clearly read the notes I entered on the booking explaining Mini Assist had already diagnosed the fault so job had been changed to a simple replacement of the charging flap unit. All completed by midday. Brilliant!

I have left with the same auto stop start not reigniting that it went in for- despite them installing a new battery. The car had obviously not been test driven before hand over. The LIM light showed again and non of the tyre pressures had been reset.

This is the 4th Mini we have bought via Harry Landsdale for our family and his customer service and support has always been excellent. We would not go to or use anyone else for our Mini vehicle purchases.
