I was not advised how to switch on, or off the car! I had to try and guess and got lucky! The adaptations were slightly different to my previous mini and no time to show, or explain the differences!

A car was sourced for me to test drive & was already at the allotted time. We had a mature conversation on price & trade in value + discounts on paint & upholstery protection as well as dash cam. It was a nice to touch to include a SD car.

We arranged a collection time and had been promised a full tank of fuel. We arrived on time only for the salesman to ask us to wait while he took the car to fill it up. The insurance portal did not work so we had to arrange our own insurance

Carris (?) on the Mini desk had clearly read the notes I entered on the booking explaining Mini Assist had already diagnosed the fault so job had been changed to a simple replacement of the charging flap unit. All completed by midday. Brilliant!

I have left with the same auto stop start not reigniting that it went in for- despite them installing a new battery. The car had obviously not been test driven before hand over. The LIM light showed again and non of the tyre pressures had been reset.
