They were fantastic from start to finish. Everything was so easy, we were offered a test drive straight away. I ordered my car there and then and drove away 2 weeks later. The handover was great.

Because I had to explain three times that I had negotiated the first service free of charge when I bought the mini. My email prior to the service asking the person who sold me the car to make sure this was clear with service dept was ignored.
