I am a disabled motability customer. Wrongly told there was a major service due plus MOT and I would not be able to wait. I have no support so huge worry. On the day just MOT but no apology given. No problems found but tyre pressures not adjusted.

The good part was that Kobe McLaughlin did everything in his power to help me and says he will do so again in the New Year. He was polite, calm and helpful and stayed in touch when he said he would.

Decent pre service booking system, including greeting on arrival. Only negative was the instruction about your key drop off process which didn't seem to exist. This wasn't a problem but slightly confusing about the process.
