Whilst the car was late being delivered if I called I always received honest feedback. The delays were obviously out of Mini's control due to the current circumstances.

The car did not have an MOT completed. on the day, the staff member who was at the desk did her level best to help me get the MOT also done.

Everything was fine except as mentioned it took quite a bit longer to complete than originally estimated, even though this was the car's first very simple service (2 year/low mileage first oil and microfilter service, so nothing to go wrong really)
Harry kept me updated on how things were going, he sent me a video of my car when it arrived. When I collected my car he went through everything with me and showed me how everything worked and set up my apple play. Also got a Full tank of petrol :)

No question was left unanswered and I was looked after from start to finish. I never felt hurried and was everything I needed was dealt with effectively and efficiently. I left the feeling that it was absolutely ok to call with any further questions
Once we had decided on the model and extras, the purchase was made as easy as it could be. On delivery day, we had issues getting to the centre and Harry was incredibly accommodating, delivering the car to us to make sure we had it. Outstanding.
