Welcoming and friendly. I appreciate that it isn't as environmentally friendly, but it would be really helpful to have been given paper copies of some of the key documents, it's difficult navigating and accessing them all on a phone only

Good and timely communication. Job done, and evidenced, including unexpected work by way of a tyre replacement after discovery by the mechanic of a nail / screw in the original tyre.
